To the extent that you give us your explicit consent to do so and enter the information yourself, we also process: Name, telephone number, email address, postal address, etc. We will usually do this if you have filled out a form on our website.

Purpose

The data are used to identify you as the user, to show you the content that is most likely to be relevant to you and to be able to provide the services you have requested, such as a quote if you have filled out our Request for Quote form. We also use the information to optimise our services and content.

We have taken technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure that your data are not accidentally or unlawfully deleted, published, lost, impaired, disclosed to unauthorised persons, misused or otherwise processed contrary to legislation.

Storage period

Data are stored for the length of time permitted under law, and we delete them when they are no longer necessary. The storage period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage. We are therefore not able to specify a general time frame for data deletion.

Data disclosure

Data about your use of our website, which advertisements you receive or click on, geographical location, gender, age range, etc. will be disclosed to third parties to the extent that these data are known. The third parties in question are listed in the Cookies section above. The data are used for targeting of advertisements and analysis of the website’s traffic.

We also make use of a range of third parties for data storage and processing. These third parties solely process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use the data for their own purposes.
